Overview

The service being provided leverages the Platform One Certificate to Field (CtF) process to provide a pathway to bring commercial capability into the DoD environment at the speed of relevance. The proposed service is to deploy directly to the Platform One share resource environment (Partybus) or to build an custom version of the Platform One (BigBang) in an enterprise cloud environment (cArmy, Cloud One, etc) and provide shared services environment.

Leveraging the CtF process directly or a custom model provides an improved and optimized NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) compliance methodology to bring in the commercial software securely to deliver rapid mission capability. By using a team of experienced DoD RMF compliance and Platform One savvy DevSecOps architects and engineers a significant reduction in the time to accredit a software package can be achieved. A reduction in the time to accredit can help to provide rapid mission capabilities.

The proposed services are being offered via a GSA contract vehicle under Special Item Number (SIN) 518210C, Cloud Professional Services and SIN 54151HACS, Highly Adaptive Cybersecurity Services, which specializes in RMF and vulnerability assessments.
